Massage therapist by day, superhero by night! While dressing up in cosplay on the side, I also have ten years background in clinical social work. In 2017 I decided to make a huge career change and start school for massage therapy. After becoming licensed I have dedicated my career to helping others understand and equate their muscles with proper maintenance and attempting to make every massage unique to each individual.

My massage style includes Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage that incorporates mild to moderate stretching. Ultimately, I work directly with my clients to determine the proper techniques to best formulate their treatment plans for each massage.

My massage style is based on a Swedish foundation. By using low to medium pressure, spots that need additional attention can be discovered. Heavy pressure and deep tissue techniques are applied only where needed. Clients typically refer to feeling the 'good hurt' and increased body awareness.

During the massage, you may be asked questions regarding possible body mechanic habits in your day-to-day life. You are also invited to provide feedback on if any muscles feel sore or different than anticipated. Pressure can be adjusted at a moments notice.

I decided a career change was in order in 2016 and decided to enroll at Cortiva Institute in King of Prussia. After successfully completing the program I went on to work at Hand and Stone in Conshohocken and quickly became the lead massage therapist. Light, medium, or firm pressure. Swedish massage, sports massage, or deep tissue. The goal is to reduce stress, induce relaxation, and relieve aches and pain.
